Wyatt Gaer was born and raised in Olympia, Washington, where she attended the Evergreen State College. Her background is in art history, design, and education, and she has served as editor and layout coordinator for several small-scale art and literary publications. As a visual artist and creative writer, Wyatt is fascinated by tension, intimacy, and contrast. She strives to capture the beauty within the weird. Collaborating on “Serenoid” marks her debut as a librettist.
