Filipe Eugusyene, Portuguese artist, 28 years old, is a bass baritone singer, actor, historian, and playwright who particularly enjoys the creative sides within the artist job. He likes to explore ways for meaningful social representations, aiming to captivate new and regular audiences. Gender/LGBTQIA+ community related themes are the one of his many banners.

Currently, he is studying in the European Master's for New Audiences and Innovative Practices - NAIP at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, continuing his classical singing coaching with Catrin Wyn-Davis and dramaturgy coaching with Klaus Bertisch. He has graduated his bachelor’s in Classical Voice, minoring in Jazz at the same institute.

Previously in Portugal, he successfully concluded his bachelor's in History, with minor in Philosophy, at Coimbra’s University. Simultaneously, he worked as playwright, and theater director for musicals, in a skill exchange agreement as (re)pay for his singing lessons at EA-CAE Fig.Foz.

He has done masterclasses with: Tamir Chasson, Wolfgang Holzmeir, Pierre Mak, Susan Waters, Dorothee Oberlinger, Floris Visser, among others.

It all converged into a pedagogical and impactful artistic vision as singer/actor, director, and playwright.

He is interested in helping a world that can be better, rather than solely hopeful, by means of caring, in all forms, and for everyone, sublimating oneself through art.
